Volume alone does not create a beautiful lip. We look at border, proportion, projection, symmetry, and the relationship between the upper and lower lip before deciding where filler belongs.

Lips should belong to the face around them. Your treatment is designed to complement your features rather than chase a trend or reproduce someone else's result.
Restraint Is Part Of The Technique

“Natural” means the result makes sense on you. For one patient that may be a subtle refresh. For another, it may mean more volume, projection, or a deliberately fuller lip.

Filler is placed strategically based on the treatment plan rather than following the same injection pattern for every patient.
Settle
Temporary swelling and bruising can occur after treatment. Your final result is evaluated after the initial post-treatment changes have settled.
Good lip work also means knowing when not to add.
Previous filler, migration, asymmetry, tissue changes, or an existing result you no longer love can change the right plan.
Sometimes the best route forward is not another syringe. We may recommend reassessing existing filler, dissolving selected product, allowing the tissue to settle, or rebuilding more intentionally.

Will my lips look overfilled?
Our approach is designed around proportion and your individual anatomy rather than simply maximizing volume. We discuss the level of enhancement you want before treatment and will tell you if we believe a different approach would create a better result.
How much filler will I need?
There is no universal amount that is right for every patient. Existing volume, previous filler, anatomy, tissue characteristics, and your desired result all influence the treatment plan. Some goals are also better achieved gradually over more than one visit.
Will I be swollen afterward?
Swelling is common after lip injections and can temporarily make the lips look larger or less symmetrical than the final result. Bruising can also occur. The treated area needs time to settle before the finished result can be judged.
What if I already have filler?
Previous filler does not automatically mean you need it dissolved, but it does need to be considered when planning treatment. If the existing filler is affecting shape, proportion, or placement, we may recommend a different strategy before adding more.
Can you fix lip asymmetry?
Filler can sometimes improve visible asymmetry, but natural facial and lip asymmetry cannot always be completely eliminated. We will assess what can realistically be improved before treatment.
I want fuller lips. Will you still treat me?
Absolutely. Our philosophy is not that every result has to be tiny or undetectable. A fuller lip can still be beautifully proportioned. The goal is to create the amount of enhancement you want without sacrificing balance or tissue integrity.
