Settle
Temporary swelling, tenderness, redness, or bruising can occur. Results are best evaluated after the treated area has had time to settle.

How much filler will I need?
There is no universal amount. The appropriate amount depends on your anatomy, the area being treated, the degree of volume change, the product selected, and the result you want. Your provider will make a recommendation after evaluating you.
Will I look overfilled?
Our goal is facial balance and a natural-looking result. More filler is not automatically better, and conservative treatment may be recommended when additional volume would not improve the overall result.
How long does filler last?
Longevity varies by product, treatment area, amount placed, individual metabolism, and other factors. Your provider can discuss what is typically expected from the specific treatment recommended for you.
Does filler hurt?
Most patients experience some degree of pressure, pinching, or tenderness during treatment. Comfort measures vary by treatment area and product and can be discussed before injection.
Can filler be dissolved?
Hyaluronic-acid filler can often be dissolved with hyaluronidase when clinically appropriate. Whether dissolving is recommended depends on the filler present, your concern, and the findings during evaluation.
Is there downtime?
Swelling, tenderness, redness, and bruising can occur after treatment. The amount and duration vary by person and by treatment area. Your provider will review aftercare with you.
