The Collective is designed to be simple: one membership, a growing network of local benefits, and an easy way to discover more of Grand Rapids.
Membership Terms: The Collective membership is issued to one named member, is non-transferable once activated, has no cash value, and may not be sold, shared, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Membership purchases are final and non-refundable once activated, except where required by law. Participating businesses, offers, discounts, credits, and benefits may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time and may be subject to each participating business’s own restrictions, exclusions, purchase requirements, blackout dates, appointment requirements, availability, or other conditions.Membership does not guarantee the availability of any specific appointment, service, product, reservation, promotion, participating business, or benefit. Members may be required to present their membership card, scan the associated QR code, or otherwise verify active membership to receive benefits. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards may be subject to a replacement fee and do not extend the original membership term.The Collective reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund in cases of fraud, misuse, unauthorized sharing, abuse, or violation of these terms.
