Membership purchases are final and non-refundable once activated, except where required by law. Participating businesses, offers, discounts, credits, and benefits may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time and may be subject to each partner’s own restrictions, exclusions, purchase requirements, blackout dates, appointment requirements, availability, or other conditions. Membership does not guarantee the availability of any specific appointment, service, product, reservation, promotion, or benefit. Members may be required to present their membership card, scan the associated QR code, or otherwise verify active membership to receive benefits. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards may be subject to a replacement fee and do not extend the original membership term. The Collective reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund in cases of fraud, misuse, unauthorized sharing, abuse, or violation of these terms. Participating businesses are independently owned and operated, and The Collective is not responsible for their services, products, scheduling, policies, availability, acts, or omissions. The membership card is not a credit card, debit card, gift card, stored-value card, or bank account. By purchasing, activating, or using a Collective membership, you agree to these Membership Terms.
